BJCP Competition Organizer Report

Welcome to the BJCP Competition Organizer Report system. Using this system you can submit your competion organizer reports online, removing the need to send anything through the mail.

Please note two things: (1) The data is saved for you in a database as you make each judge/staff entry, so you do not need to enter all of the judge records in one session. You can come back to the site on another day and enter change the data as much as you like until you do the final submit of the entire report. (2) Once you reach the last step and you confirm and submit the entire report, you will not be allowed to change any of the data for this competition.

There are 3 steps to submitting a Competition Organizer Report:

Step 1: Competition Information
In Step 1 you'll enter the competition information. This includes the number of entries, number of BOS beers, days, and dates.

Step 2: Participant Information
In Step 2 you'll enter the data for each person that helped with the competition; judges, stewards, and staff. You'll need to know the names of the participants and ideally their BJCP number, if they have one.

Step 3: Confirm and Submit
In Step 3 you'll see all of the information you entered for the competition. Once you're certain that the information is correct, you'll submit it to the BJCP.

If your competition date was more than two years ago, go to the page for out of date competitions. If you have any other difficulty with this system please contact the the BJCP IT Director.
